The automatic tool changer is cam driven with a twin arm gripper mechanism to ensure stable operation during heavy tool changing operations. The magazine is driven by hydraulic motor and is bidirectional for fastest path tool selection and random storage.

Temperature controlled oil is pumped through the cooling jacket around the spindle to cool and prolong the life of the bearings.

Coolant distribution is through a number of coolant nozzles mounted around the spindle nose. Coolant flows from the machine bed into a large coolant tank and filtered before it is re-cycled.

This is an A type distribution system ( through the pullstud ) with a fine particle filtration system.

The splash guard fully encloses the machining environment, and all doors are interlocked for complete operator safety according to the latest CE specifications.

The heat exchanger dissipates heat from the enclosed air circulating in the electrical cabinet.

This small handwheel can be taken into the machine to control axis movements during any setting up proceedure.

Floating tap holders are not necessary with this feature because the decelerates or accelerates of the Z axis is synchronized with the spindle speed.

Two auger screws evacuate the metal chips from the machine bed into the scraper type lift-up conveyor to be deposited into the mobile hopper.

A linear scale feedback system is employed on the X, Y and Z axes.
